If you are looking for a San jose Event Photographer, you have come to the right place. In January 2019, a ground breaking ceremony for Japan Town Mixed Use was held in San Jose’s Japan Town. Among the attendees was the current Mayor and also the ex Mayor of San Jose. Many of City officials and long time Japan Town residents are also presence for this important event. The legendary Yosh Ushida was there and I couldn’t help to get a selfie taken with the friendly, down to earth, and smiley Olympic Judo Coach. I also had a long conversation with many of the Japan Town residents and learned a few things about the history of Japan Town. It used to be a Chinese Town in the early 1900. Food was provided by my favorite Japan Town places such as Kazoo’s and Roy’s Station. Here are some of my favorite images from the event.
